The Echo of the Being
From Belief to the Certainty of the Heart

Inhabiting Unity is not a dogma we must uphold from the fragility of our beliefs; it is a resounding tangibility. Often, as we walk the paths of spirituality, we fall into the inertia of theorizing the ineffable, adopting self-imposed concepts that distance us from the only undeniable truth: direct experience. Today I feel the pulse to strip bare my own experience. I want to speak of the sovereignty of that intimate channel, of that immeasurable gift of conversing, without intermediaries, with the feeling of my own heart.
It was in the density of a crisis where the veil began to tear and my inner Being started to reveal itself. It inhabited the physicality of this body, yes, but simultaneously it unfolded as an immense I, an observer that my mind tried to decode as coming from another dimensional space. It was profoundly me, but an expanded me, simultaneously encompassing multiple realities. Although human language suffocates trying to frame it, the sensation was literal: I could perceive the resonance of other states, the subtlety of other bodies, and at the core of that immensity, they were still unmistakably me.
The Language of the Being
In this sacred dialogue I discovered that for the Being, there is no "no". Its language does not understand negations or the duality that fragments the world. When the answer was affirmative, it burst forth as a joyful and absolute "yes", manifesting through a physical expansion that defied my own biology. The entire rib cage grew larger, filling with an infinite space. It was not a mere bodily reflex; it was the very presence of my Being, widening to embrace the experience.
There were days of profound silence, of apparent loneliness facing the weight of this three-dimensional reality and its crossroads. In one of those pauses, facing a vital decision, I asked myself internally: Should I do this? Unexpectedly, the heart responded with that overwhelming energetic expansion. It was its "yes". I then began to surrender to that rhythm, to allow the Being to guide my steps through that subtle reading of the moment.
It was that compass that dismantled my inertia, the one that removed me from my old job to return me to my center. It urged me to inhabit only those spaces and practices that made my chest expand. And it is because of that same unbribable guide that I am here today: sharing my voice, writing, singing, and flowing in boundless creativity.
On other occasions, its manifestation bypassed any question. Out of nowhere, I felt it declaring its infinite love for me. Its way of expressing this was by enlarging the heart and swaying it gently from side to side in a circular motion. It was the dance of my own essence celebrating its existence, loving itself with an overflowing joy, using that unprecedented movement as its language.
The Bridges of Transition
Looking back at this path, I honor with profound gratitude the bridges that helped me cross towards this certainty. Beautiful tools that served as keys when I was still navigating the search. The meditation from the book Living in the Heart by Drunvalo Melchizedek was one of those first lighthouses, guiding me toward a clean space where the mind—and its labyrinth of words that divide the world—has no jurisdiction.
Then came invaluable teachings: exercises like David Mata's, using breath and the touch of a fist to anchor consciousness in the heartbeat; and later, the guidance of my friend David García, who helped me integrate the practice of splitting to, literally, learn to inhabit the heart. These masters and their practices were not simple methods; they were the sacred languages of transition that prepared the soil. They were the perfect catalysts that accompanied my consciousness until the experience took on a life of its own. Today I understand that, although those exercises nourished the ground with immense beauty, the sovereign contact with the Being—which in turn is One with the Whole—is a leap that transcends the scaffolding of any technique; a dawn that was already destined to happen.
The Symphony of the Everyday
And perhaps the most fascinating part of residing in this wholeness is discovering that the Being does not only dwell in mystical silence, but delights in the vibration of the everyday. How moving it was to listen to The Host of Seraphim and feel how my inside expressed to me, from a subtle and fully conscious energy, how much it was fascinated by that melody, even suggesting the idea of making a cover with my own voice.
Or that complicit and mysterious spark when mentioning Peter Paul Rubens in my notes, a wink of destiny where art always ends up intertwining with life.
Finally, I have found the courage to undress this foundational anecdote, the very same one that gave origin to and inspires the name of this corner: Eco del Ser.
This journey has left me with an indelible evidence: we are pure immensity, multidimensional entities that, by incarnating here, experience multiple realities, some clearly and others under the veil of oblivion. This apparent solidity that covers us is but a mirage; time, simply, does not exist. Everything I have recounted does not belong to the realm of theoretical ideas; it is a tangibility that any of us can experience when we dare to listen. The only real exodus is inward, because there, in the immensity of the chest, Unity never ceased to be our only reality.
